Often I find that these days people are extra cautious about the weight. Some people desperately want to lose weight while some are praying to gain weight.
From my personal experience I must admit I've been called a patient, a 2 dimensional object, drum stick, kokku ( crane cos my head hits the buss' ceiling) sigh!!
There were times when I used to feel so sorry for people. But I never spoke back thinking how fortunate I was to stay the way I they were not.
As said by some intelligent and practical human "any new activity when practiced for 21 days becomes your routine" and I am definitely not an exception.
Chill! So how does it feel keeping yourself fit?? AWESOME I tell you. There were times I used to literally argue with dad as to why he was a fitness freak... Now I know why... Straining your body makes your mind happy... or at-least it keeps me happy when I strain myself. I could tell any day that experiencing things are a whole lot better than getting advise from people. So here I am a happy human.. happier than how I was before.

it's not hilarious man... besides gym is just not for losing weight. It can turn out to be ur boon provided u use it well.. I am using it well I suppose... tats why i am having so much fun
